As all Pulsar Turbocharger are a universal fit and not vehicle specific. Many problems are due to incorrect fitment which, once corrected, resolve any issue without the need to return unit.

Should the evidence supplied at this point be insufficient, a return to base will be requested. The Turbocharger will then need to be removed and returned to ourselves for a full detailed failure analysis to be completed. At this point, we will supply a returns number and arrange collection.
Should Warranty inspection return inconclusive findings, the Warranty claim will be accepted.
In the event inspection finds evidence that the unit does not contain manufacturing defects or poor workmanship, a cost of repair will be raised. If return of unit in part form is preferred, then a charge of £50 plus VAT will be chargeable to cover labour and carriage costs.
